학기 초 엄마들 모임 장소로 다 인원 수용이 가능하고, 음식도 적당히 맛있고,
시원한 생맥이 함께 있는 곳이라면 최상의 장소겠지요.ㅎㅎ
오늘은 호치민에 있는 ' 기름진 멜로'라는
중식당에서 중규모 정도의 모임을 가졌던 일상을 공유해볼게요.^^
Sometimes when you crave something greasy and delicious
but can't find the right restaurant for a gathering,
how about trying some greasy Chinese dishes?
At the beginning of the school term,
finding a place that can accommodate all the moms, serve decent food,
and offer a refreshing draft beer would be the perfect choice. 😊
Today, I'll share a bit about our mid-sized gathering
at a Chinese restaurant called "Wok of Love" in Ho Chi Minh.
영문 이름 ' wok of love' 에서 알 수 있듯이
wok으로 만든 모든 요리가 있는 중식당이에요^^
평판도 좋은 편이고, 적당한 분위기와 ,
위치도 비교적 핫한 2군 안에 있어 여러모로 모임 하기 적당한 곳이에요.^^
As you can tell from its English name, "Wok of Love,"
this is a Chinese restaurant with all sorts of dishes made using a wok. 😊
It's quite well-known, has a decent atmosphere,
and is conveniently located in the trendy District 2,
making it a perfect spot for gatherings. 😊

다음은 '깐쇼새우' 가 짜잔!!
인원이 많아서 안타깝게도 음식의 원형을 마주하지 못했어요.ㅋㅋ
따로 소분한 조촐한 깐쇼새우지만,
맛은 굳!!
Next up, the "Kkanpung Shrimp" made its grand entrance!
Since we had a big group, I sadly couldn’t see the full dish. Haha!
It was divided into smaller portions, but the taste was still amazing! 😊
'깐쇼 새우' 도 그렇고,
시각적으로는 양념이 적단 생각이 들었는데,
그게 쉐프님의 한 수였던 거 같아요.
오히려 느끼하지 않고 바삭한 새우맛과 평등하게 어울려
최상의 맛을 느낄 수 있었어요^^ 만족!
My absolute favorite, the "Cream Mayo Shrimp."
Just like the "Kkanpung Shrimp,"
it seemed to have less sauce at first glance,
but I think that was the chef's clever touch.
It wasn't overly heavy, and the crispy shrimp flavor blended perfectly,
giving us the best taste experience! 😊 Totally satisfied!

It was my first time seeing it too, wrapped in steamed cabbage leaves,

I guess it’s because I’ve only been to neighborhood Chinese spots… ;;
It’s the first time I’ve seen rice presented this cutely. Haha!
Anyway, what more can I say about the taste? 😂

Now I understand why they insisted.
It was seriously, seriously delicious.
