호치민에서 소고기를 먹는다는 것은 어느 정도 고가의 지불을 감내할 각오를 해야 한다.
베트남은 기후와 문화의 이유로 소고기 소비량이 적은 국가다.
때문에 베트남에서 소고기를 찾는 사람들은 경제적으로 여유가 있는 사람들이거나, 외국인이 많다.
Eating beef in Ho Chi Minh City means being prepared to pay a premium.
Due to the climate and cultural reasons, beef consumption is relatively low in Vietnam. As a result,
people who seek out beef in Vietnam are either economically well-off locals or foreigners
그래서 그런지 소비 시장이 작은 베트남에서 수입산 소고기는 우리나라 보다 가격이 높을 수밖에 없다.
대표적인 식당 El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse, 플랜 K. 또한 이에 상응하듯 가격대가 굉장히 높다.
As a result, imported beef in Vietnam, with its smaller consumer market,
is inevitably more expensive than in our country.
Prominent restaurants like El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse and Plan K also reflect this,
with their prices being quite high.
그런데, 이런 로직을 깨부수는 식당이 나타났다!!!
우리가 모르는 사장님의 어떠한 노력과 공이 들어갔겠지만....
손님인 우리의 입장에서는 그저 반갑고 고맙다!!
마음껏 즐기면 되는 거니까~~~ㅎㅎ
But then, a restaurant that breaks this logic has appeared!!!
While there must be significant effort and dedication from the owner that we might not fully understand...
From our perspective as customers, we are just thrilled and grateful!!
We can simply enjoy ourselves to the fullest~~~ haha
식당의 규모가 굉장히 큰 편이다.
우리는 곧바로 직진해서 들어가는 바람에 제대로 보지 않았지만, 들어가는 입구가 여러 개 인 듯싶다.

The restaurant is quite large in scale. Although we went straight in without properly looking around,
it seems there are multiple entrances. The photo shows the view from one of the entrances.
홀도 굉장히 넓은 편이다. 4인석도 기본적으로 6인석으로 안내해 준다.
널찍하니 너무 좋잖아!!!
The dining area is also quite spacious. Even for a table for four,
they typically seat you at a table for six. It’s really nice and roomy!!!

Standard side dish setup! There are so many varieties!! And the portions are huge!!
They give you so much that you might worry about leaving some behind....
(It might be better if they could reduce the amount a bit. It's a shame to waste it::)

나가는 길에 보니 숙성 냉장고를 밖에다 진열해 놓았다.
손님들이 다 볼 수 있는 뷰에다 진열해 놓았다는 것은 자신 있다는 거?! ㅎㅎ
글귀를 대~충 읽어보니 특별한 공법으로 숙성을 하고.... 어쩌고 저쩌고... 적혀 있음.
결론은 소고기 신선도와 숙성도에 자!신!있!다! 뿜뿜~~!!! ㅎㅎㅎ
The beef just out looks fantastic. The freshness is top-notch! On the way out, I noticed they have an aging refrigerator displayed outside.
Displaying it where customers can all see it means they must be confident about it?! haha
The sign vaguely mentioned something about a special aging process and so on...
The bottom line is that they are confident in both the freshness and aging of their beef!
So impressive~~!!! hahaha

가성비 갑 메뉴인 4+4 메뉴로 시켰더니, 4 식구 소고기 만으로도 배 부르게 실컷 먹을 수 있었다!
