베트남에도 강하늘 정소민이 나오는 "30일" 영화가 개봉했더라고요. 베트남어로 'Yêu Lại Vô Ngầu'라는 제목으로 개봉했는데 이 뜻이 'Yêu Lại:다시 사랑하다', 'Vô Ngầu:멋지다or 쿨하다' 라는 의미로 헤어졌다 다시 만난 쿨한 연인을 뜻한다나 뭐라나.😄
근데 제가 저 베트남어로 " 이우 라이 보 응아우~" 라고 분명 또박 또박 말하면서 표 달라고 했는데 직원분이 끝까지 못 알아들으시더라요. (ㅜㅜ 베트남어는 정말이지....너무 어려워). 결국 "그냥 이거 주세요" 영어로 말해버렸다는 슬픈 얘기.🤣🤣🤣
I found out that the movie "30일" was released in Vietnam. It was released under the title 'Yêu Lại Vô Ngầu' in Vietnamese, which means 'Yêu Lại' = 'to love again', and 'Vô Ngầu' = 'cool', 'awesome'. When I tried to buy a ticket and said the title in Vietnamese, the staff couldn't understand me until the end (ㅜㅜ Vietnamese is really hard). In the end, I just said "Just give me this one" in English. 🤣🤣🤣
평상시에 집 근처 CGV 영화관을 눈여겨보며 한번 혼자 와 봐야지 마음먹고 있었는데.... 말 안 듣는 애들 때문에 며칠째 멘탈 나가고, 보고 싶음 맘은커녕 우울의 연속을 보내다가, 정말이지 안되겠다 싶어 선물 같은 시간이 필요하단 생각에 오늘은 그냥 CGV로 냉큼 달려갔어요.🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃(엄마는 힘들다.....)
Lately, I've been passing by the CGV cinema near my house, keeping an eye on what they're showing and thinking I should come watch a movie by myself. My mental state has been frayed for days because of my unruly kids, my desire to watch anything plummeted, and I've been in a continuous slump of gloom. Finally, I decided enough was enough, and with a mindset of treating myself to a reward, I quickly made my way to CGV.🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃
베트남에 본격적으로 살기 전에는 베트남이 상상 속의 오지인 줄 알았지요. 다들 고깔모자 쓰고, 자전거 타고, 밭 매러 가는 줄 알았는데..... 문화생활도 하고, 스테이크도 먹고, 링크장에서 스케이트도 타고, 할 거 다 하는... 문화 수준이 꽤 높더라는....깨달음...😄
Before I started living in Vietnam full-time, I thought it was a remote place from my imagination. I assumed everyone wore conical hats, rode bicycles, and worked the fields... But here, I indulge in cultural activities, enjoy steaks, and even go skating at the rink – it's a country with a pretty high standard of culture where you can do just about anything. 😄
여기는 롯데시네마나 CGV 같은 한국 영화관도 있고 베트남 자체 멀티플렉스 영화관도 꽤 있어요.
'CGV'는 한국 기업이라 그런지 꾸준히 한국 영화를 상영하는 것 같더라고요. 물론 K 돌풍도 무시 못 하겠지만 (실제로 호치민은 한국 음식이나 한국 제품들을 파는 곳이 많음. 외국 마트 중에도' K-마트'가 가장 잘 나감, 그걸 또 냉큼 따라 한 중국 마트인 'C-마트'는 금방 망했음🤣🤣) K-부심 뿜뿜!!
In places like Lotte Cinema or CGV, which are Korean movie theaters, as well as in Vietnamese multiplex cinemas, there seems to be a steady screening of Korean movies, particularly in CGV since it's a Korean company. Of course, the K-wave can't be ignored either. (In fact, in Ho Chi Minh City, there are many places selling Korean food and products. Among foreign supermarkets, 'K-Mart' is the most popular, while the Chinese supermarket 'C-Mart,' which quickly followed suit, soon went out of business 🤣🤣) Full of Korean pride!!
오늘 저는 '랜드마크 81' ( 베트남 호치민의 시그니처 건물. 이름도 너무나 솔직하게 '랜드마크' 😁😁 ) 쇼핑몰 지하에 있는 'CGV' 에 다녀 왔어요.

현장에서 표를 사니까 이렇게 자리를 고르라고 하더라구요. 딱 가운데 자리인 'D열' 로 픽!!. 좌석 거의 비었쥬?!. 평일이라 그런가 봐요😄When I bought the ticket on site, they asked me to choose a seat. I picked 'Row D' right in the middle!!. The seats are almost empty, aren't they?! It must be because it's a weekday. 😄
카라멜 팝콘과 콜라도 시켜봤어요. 저 뒤에 오징어는 공짜로 주더라고요. 베트남 인심 생각보다 좋아요. 물건 사면 뭘 얹어 주는 일이 생각 보다 왕왕 있답니다요.
I also ordered caramel popcorn and cola. They gave me squid for free in the back. Vietnamese generosity is better than I thought. When you buy something, they often give you something extra.
여기가 표를 검사하는 곳이에요. 주말에는 직원이 지키고 표 검사도 제법?! 하는데, 평일에는 자리를 거의 안 지키고 있어요. 그냥 쓱 들어가도 모를 거 같아요.🤣🤣This is where they check the tickets. On weekends, the staff are on duty and they check the tickets quite thoroughly?! But on weekdays, they hardly ever man the station. It seems like you could just slip in unnoticed. 🤣🤣
이건 나오면서 찍은 사진이긴 한데, 정말로 이렇게 텅텅 비어서 살짝 무서울 뻔 했어요.ㅎㅎThis is a photo I took on the way out, but it was almost eerily empty, which was slightly scary. 😅
외국이다 보니 당연히 자막이 붙는데, 베트남어와 영어가 함께 나오더라고요. 이런 경험이 처음이라 그런지 3중 언어로 보니까 정신없더라구요.ㅎㅎㅎ그 탓이었을까요???...영화가.....너.....무......재미 없었....었....................어;;.........😅😣😫Being abroad, it's natural that the movies come with subtitles, but I was surprised to see both Vietnamese and English subtitles. It was my first time experiencing this, so watching with triple languages was quite overwhelming. 😅 Could that be the reason???...The movie was.....so......boring....😅😣😫

한국에서는 혼자 밥 먹거나, 혼자 영화 보는 일이 거의, 아니 한 번도 없었던 것 같은데, 베트남 1년 차가 되어 가니 비록 자의는 아니겠지만서도 씩씩하게 혼자만의 생활도 즐기줄 아는 진정한 어른?!으로 자라고 있네요.ㅎㅎ
영화가 너무 재미없어서 조금 아쉬웠지만, 다음 영화를 기약하며.........이만 ..땀비엣^^🖐️🖐️
In Korea, I almost never, or maybe even never, ate alone or watched a movie by myself. But as I approach my first year in Vietnam, even though it might not be entirely by choice, I'm growing into a true adult who can bravely enjoy my own company! 😄 Although the movie was a bit disappointing because it wasn't very interesting, I look forward to the next one...
