베트남에는 한국 브랜드 고깃집이 꽤 많이 있다. 본가를 시작으로 뚱보 집, 맛찬들, 명륜 진사 갈비..... 그리고 삼원BBQ!!
베트남은 돼지가 싸다. 그래서 가끔 고깃집에서 먹는 값이 아까울 때도 있다. 하지만 남이 해주는 음식들과, 나 아닌 남이 구워주는 고기 맛, 뭣보다도 그 특유의 숯불 향은 값을 뛰어넘을 정도로 감동을 줄 때가 있다. '그래! 이 맛이야!'
글을 쓰면서도 입에 침이 고인다. 블로그에 올릴 사진을 찾아보면서도 입에 침이 고인다. 맛있는 숯불 향이 다시 몸에 배는 기분이다.
우리 가족의 최애 음식점 '삼원 BBQ'
In Vietnam, there are quite a few Korean brand barbecue restaurants. Starting with Bon-ga, there's Ttungbo House, Matchandeul, Myeongryun Jinsa Galbi... and Samwon BBQ!
Pork is cheap in Vietnam. So sometimes, it feels a bit wasteful to eat at a barbecue restaurant. However, there are moments when the food made by others, the taste of meat grilled by someone else, and above all, the aroma of charcoal grilling, are so impressive that they surpass the price. 'Yes! This is the taste!'
Even as I write this, I'm salivating. Looking for photos to upload to the blog, I'm salivating again. It feels like the delicious scent of charcoal grilling is seeping back into my body.

Can you sense that radiant and intense aroma of charcoal? The scent of charcoal that always excites us! Our family always enjoys it in a nice outdoor setting.
Sometimes, rain comes unexpectedly.
But no worries. When the automatic awning smoothly covers us, the sound of raindrops 'pitter-pattering' is so charming and atmospheric...
반찬 종류가 엄청 다양한 편. 아까 말한 감동이 여기서 찾아온다. 남이 해주면 다 맛있다. 특히 나물류 너무 맛있다♡♡
There's a huge variety of side dishes. The impressive feeling I mentioned earlier comes from here. Everything tastes great when someone else makes it. Especially the seasoned vegetables, they are so delicious ♡♡
딸아이가 김치찌개를 좋아해서 항상 시켜주는 '삼원BBQ 김치찌개' 진짜, 진짜, 진짜, 진짜 너무 맛있다! 완전 강추!!!
나오자마자 게 눈 감추듯 사라져 아쉽지만, 다 먹은 후 사진이다.
My daughter loves Kimchi stew, so we always order the 'Samwon BBQ Kimchi Stew'. It's really, really, really, really delicious! Highly recommended!!!
It disappears as soon as it's served, so sadly, all I have is a photo of it after it's all eaten.

인정할 건 인정하자...ㅎㅎ. 그럼에도 삼원 역시 평균 이상은 하니까... ^^
불판도 새로 싹 갈아 주시고. 반질반질 쫙 쫙 펴서 다시 구워 주신다.
아! 내가 얘기했던가?
베트남 고깃집은 거의 직원들이 직접 구워준다.
한국에서는 비싼 집에서만 누릴 수 있는 호사를 베트남에서는 일상처럼 누리는 것이다. 난 이 부분이 젤 좋더라! ♡♡♡
아무튼, 베트남에서 고기 좀 굽고 싶다면 '삼원 BBQ' 강추 합니다.

Honestly, Ttungbo House has the best pork skin 👍🏿.
I give credit where credit is due... but still, it's more than average... ^^
They also change the grill plate for us, making it shiny and smooth for grilling again.

In Vietnam, almost all barbecue restaurants have staff who grill the meat for you.
This luxury, often only available in expensive places in Korea, is like an everyday experience in Vietnam. That's my favorite part! ♡♡♡
Anyway, if you want to grill some meat in Vietnam, I highly recommend Samwon BBQ.
